Ann is a Vice President and Financial Advisor in the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Ann was a Vice President in the Wealth Strategies Group at The Northern Trust Company working with business owners and corporations to provide financial planning. Ann has over twenty years in the financial planning industry working with senior executives, business owners and families. She was a manager at Ernst & Young LLP and Price Waterhouse LLP working with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement executive financial planning programs. Ann started her career with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York where she completed the Credit Training Program. While with Chase, Ann was an international lending officer in Denmark and the Ivory Coast.

Ann earned her Master’s degree in International Management at the American Graduate School of Management (Thunderbird) in Arizona and her Bachelor’s degree in History and Asian Studies from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL. Ann plays an active role in Chicago arts and civic organizations. She is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Chinese-American Museum of Chicago. Ann was also the Director of the Host Committee that coordinated the Dalai Lama of Tibet’s visit to Chicago in May of 2007 to speak in Millennium Park. Ann’s hobbies include collecting Asian antiques and contemporary art, international travel and investing.
