New Student 2009 FAQ
When should I be here?
Move-in Day for the residence halls is on Sunday, August 23 for all CCPA students. This is the required move-in day. Please plan accordingly. Remember, all undergraduate students under the age of 21 must live on campus during their first two years at CCPA.
When will I be informed of my residence hall assignment and roommate?
Building assignments will be out in June, followed by roommate assignments in July. If you have not received your building assignment by the end of June, email Katharine Denny at kdenny@roosevelt.edu.
I'm living on-campus. Any ideas on what to bring?
If you are living in the University Center, you'll find a list of suggested items here. For ROW, you'll find it here.
When do CCPA activities begin?
Final details for CCPA's Kickoff are being completed. Testing and other formal meetings begin Sunday, August 23. Our office will always email you with the latest information available, as well as post it on this page.
When will I be able to view my billing statement?
View your bill now at www.roosevelt.edu; click on RU Access at the top right of the Home Page. Log in with your student ID# and PIN# (or birth date). Click on Student Services; click on Statement and Pay History; then click on Statement.
You may pay your fall balance in full by 7/31/09, or elect to make multiple payments through Sallie Mae: http://tuitionpay.salliemae.com. Click Student Accounts for more information.
When will I choose my classes?
You will meet with your advisor during CCPA's Kickoff Week.
When are auditions for music ensembles?
During Kickoff Week. Audition schedules will be finalized by August 1.
