Jane Glover is Music Director of Chicago’s Music of the Baroque, and has conducted all the major orchestras in Britain, as well as in Europe, the U.S., the Far East and Australasia. In demand on the international opera stage, Glover has appeared with the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, English National Opera, Royal Danish Opera, New York City Opera, and Teatro La Fenice. Recent and upcoming engagements include Opera Australia, the New Jersey Symphony, the Sydney Symphony, San Francisco’s Philharmonia Baroque and the Northern Sinfonia of England; her Carnegie Hall debut with the Orchestra of St. Luke’s; Chicago Opera Theater; Opera Theatre of St Louis, a debut with the Saint Louis Symphony, and her return to the BBC Proms. Glover’s recordings include a series with the London Mozart Players, the London Philharmonic, the Royal Philharmonic, and the BBC Singers.
